We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, I respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of scheduled service/services. As your Stylist, I want to be available for your needs and the needs of all of my clients. For those appointments not canceled within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service/services cancelled. For those appointments that are not cancelled at all and become a "no show", this will result in a charge of 100% of the service/services. When you don’t show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen and I lose income. Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation.
